Note: Minimum area to be booked 9mē  shell scheme and / or 18mē bare space.
Please note that Shell Scheme includes wall panels (enclosure), 2 spot lights of 100 walts each, 1 double socket 240 volts, 13 amps, single phase, 200 watts max, 1 table, 2 chairs and fascia lettering in English/Arabic not exceeding 30 letters. Bare space is area marked only.

I /We have read the Exhibition Conditions and in the event of this application being granted (wholly or in part) we undertake to observe and be bound by them.
Payment Terms:
    1. Payment must be made in Omani Riyals/US Dollars
    2. Full payment should accompany the completed application form
    3. Payment for domestic exhibitors should be made by company cheque.
    4. Payment for international Exhibitors is to be made by direct transfer in favour of J.P. Morgan, New York, Swift Code CHASUS33 for the credit of Bank Muscat, Swift Code BMUSOMRX, Account Number 5447 35232, Ultimate Beneficiary's Name: Oman International Trade and Exhibitions, Account Number 39 402420081013. All transfers made should be net amount exclusive of Bank Transfer charges.

   VISA FORMALITIES
The organizers will process visas* for exhibitors. Charges for visas are as follows:
Per visa application RO.  10.000 US$ 27.00
Airport visa deposit charges RO. 5.000 US$ 13.00
* Visas sent by courier will be charged extra. * Visas are issued at the discretion of the Director General of Immigration, Royal Oman Police.

Requirements for Visa Application
4 Recent Passport Size Photographs
Passport Copies, and where applicable, last exist stamp copy from Sultanate of Oman (exhibitors from UAE must attach copy of resident permit).
When visa is issued, a copy will be faxed to you, the original is to be collected on arrival at Seeb International Airport, Muscat.
Please assure necessary documents are sent to the organizers office one month before the exhibition opening date.
Note: GCC Nationals do not require visas to enter Oman.
