Confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon reciept of your registration. Travel, accommodation and visa cost are not included. Cancellations in writing before (dates to be announced) will be charged 10% administrative fee for paid and 20% for unpaid cancellations No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after (dates to be announced) if you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcomed. Please send us a notice at least 3 days prior to the event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme may change and OITE reserves the right to alter the venue and / or speakers.
