  1. Full payment should accompany this completed sponsorship form.
  2. Payment for Domestic Sponsor should be made in Rial Omani by company cheque only in favour of Oman International Trade & Exhibitions.
  3. Payment for International Sponsors is to be made in US Dollars by direct transfer. Bank Transfer details are as follows:

    All transfers made should be net amount exclusive of Bank transfer charges and for all purposes amount received in our bank account will be considered the transferred amount.
  4. Cheque payments for International Sponsors will not be accepted.

    Thank you for informing your bank that all bank charges for transfer are at your own expense.
Sponsorship Conditions
  1. The sponsorship form must be signed by the General Manager or an authorised person of the company. The original to be returned along with sponsorship payment to the aforementioned Organiser's address.
  2. Sponsorship amount agreed should be paid in full, along with the Sponsorship Form (SF).
  3. No cancellation of the sponsorship will be accepted once it is confirmed. OITE reserves the right to claim full money as per the the sponsorship form (SF) if the same is not paid. The Organiser reserves the right to claim an additional 2% interest per month in addition to the sponsorship fees from the sponsor. This will commence from the opening date of the conference.
  4. An invoice will be sent upon receipt of the duly completed sponsorship form.
  5. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the programme may change and OITE Conferences reserves the right to alter the venue and / or speakers.
