  • The organizers reserve the right to alter speakers or venues due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Booking constitutes a contract and cancellation will attract an administration fee of RO 50.
  • The organizers regret that no refunds can be made for cancellation made within 15 days of the conference. Substitutes are welcome.
