Visa Procedures

1. Applying for a visa through OITE

Visas will be processed on receipt of the following enclosures by courier 3 weeks before the exhibition:

Note:

The passport should be valid for at least the next 6 months from the date of application.
Applicant’s mothers name should be mentioned in the visa application.
Visas are issued at the discretion of the Director General of Immigration, Royal Oman Police. The organisers accept no responsibility for procuring visas OR type of visa requested, on time.

2. Exhibitors working on executive/managerial level and having a valid UAE residence visa, can avail of visas on arrival at the border, by road.
